STANDARD SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Our shipping and processing fees cover processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchased, and delivering them to you. Most products are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within eight - ten business days of when you placed your order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together might not arrive in the same box.

SHIPPING SURCHARGE

Some of our items may have limited availability, these items have a delivery and processing surcharge. This charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition to regular delivery and processing charges.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are delivered by UPS or USPS with an additional charge of $10.

Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. At this time, we cannot ship items to Hawaii with an in-home delivery icon such as large furniture pieces or any items that exceed UPS shipping weight limits. Please call 1 (855) 376-9186 for more information.

Some of our larger planters exceed the UPS weight limit and therefore must be shipped by freight which may result in an increased shipping & processing fee. Shipping fees for all other planters vary depending on the weight which can be found in the item description.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND PROCESSING
For an extra charge of $17.50 per address, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by 12pm PT Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed Friday after 12pm CST through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.

Note: Next Day Delivery service is not available for some oversize items, In-Home delivery items, out of stock items, items on backorder or custom items. These charges also apply to gift card orders.

SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS

To ship an item to an address other than your billing address, click on the "Ship To Different Address" link in the Shopping Cart for each item and update the recipient information.

SHIPPING TO A P.O. BOX

We can ship most items to a P.O. Box. This excludes extra large items and those shipped directly from our manufacturers. For more information please call 1 (855) 376-9186, Monday- Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST.

SALES TAX

Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states and US territories: AL*, AR*, AZ*, CA*, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, HI*, IA, ID, IL*, IN*, KS*, KY*, LA*, MA, MD*, ME*, MI*, MN*, MO*, MS*, NC*, ND*, NE*, NJ*, NM*, NV*, NY*, OH*, OK, PA*, RI*, SC*, SD*, TN*, TX*, UT, VA*, VT*, WA*, WI*, WV*, WY and Puerto Rico*. States and US territories marked with an asterisk also collect taxes on shipping and processing charges. 

LEARN ABOUT OUR FURNITURE DELIVERY

HOME DELIVERY:

  • White Glove  and Inside Delivery items are delivered into your home by appointment (Mon - Sat) in most metropolitan areas.

  • A representative will call to arrange a delivery date and confirm an appointment timeframe (typically a 4-hour window).

WHITE GLOVE SERVICES

  • White Glove is a premium service required on oversized furniture items and has an associated fee (standard shipping + processing costs still apply).

  • With White Glove, your order is safely brought into your home by a skilled delivery team on a pre-scheduled date, unpacked in the room of your choice and fully assembled. All packaging materials are removed upon completion.

  • Does not include installation (i.e. wall mounting of shelving units).

Inside Delivery

  • Inside Delivery is required on larger items that do not require assembly (i.e. Benches)

  • With Inside Delivery, items are delivered on a pre-scheduled date to the room of your choice but are neither unpacked nor assembled.

                  

DELIVERY TIMING:

  • Special Order Upholstered Furniture (4-6 weeks) as long as the fabric is in stock.:  Special made-to-order items with all parts in stock will usually ship from our warehouse within 10 to 12 weeks. 

 

  • Non–Upholstered Furniture:  All non–upholstered items will arrive within 7 to 10 business days in most metropolitan areas.** For other areas, your furniture will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on availability.
